Q: I will be making the calls from my office will I have to pay long distance?

A:  No, we will be using a seminar service that provides local dial-in numbers for everyone in Canada and in the U.S. We will send you the information with instructions on what number to call a few weeks before the start of the event.

A: Yes, you can pay by cheque or by credit card. Please make cheque payable to "Compassion Fatigue Solutions inc." and mail to: PO Box 20, Kingston, On. K7L 4V6

A: Since the course is not designed to be therapy it isn't likely to be covered by your insurance provider. However, some workplaces may be willing to give you full or partial scholarships. Ask your supervisor about this.

Q: Will there be group discussions?

A: The first hour of the course will be instruction and personal reflection, where you get to experience the exercise yourself rather than listen to another participant go through the exercise.  We believe that this is much more powerful.  There will be a half hour after every call where one of the group leaders will answer questions.  You will also receive support via email.
